Tenant Privacy and Access to Private Spaces

We understand the importance of privacy for your business operations. Each leased room or designated private area within the Premises is exclusively for the use of the named Tenant and their authorized personnel.

The Landlord will not enter your private leased space without your prior consent, except in specific, limited emergency situations as described below.

Circumstances for Entry Without Prior Consent (Emergency Only)

In rare and critical situations, the Landlord may need to enter a tenant's private leased space without prior consent to ensure the safety and integrity of the property or its occupants. These emergency situations include, but are not limited to:

  • Imminent Danger: To prevent or mitigate immediate threats to life, health, or property (e.g., fire, flood, gas leak, structural damage).

  • Active Security Breach: To address an ongoing security threat that could compromise the safety of the Premises or other tenants.

  • Compliance with Law Enforcement: When legally required by a valid warrant or in direct cooperation with emergency services (police, fire department) in response to a critical incident.

In such emergency cases, the Landlord will take all reasonable steps to notify the tenant as soon as safely and practically possible after entry.
